Brain Preservation: Surprisingly Little Graphic Violence

Brain Preservation is a neat little 2D, single player, zombie apocalypse, puzzle game made by JRONN. You are the coolest kid on the block, and when the zombie apocalypse hits, everyone that can move, even the zombies and zombie robots, will do everything you do. This makes it challenging as if you or any of the survivors touch a zombie or spike, you or they will die instantaneously and you'll have to restart the level.

The art is really awesome. It looks like professional, crisp, well planned out pixel art. All of the assets fit together nicely, the game isn't annoying to look at, and there aren't any major graphical bugs. The art was made by RottingPixels and DX72. The audio, which was made by DustyRoom, is creative and fits the feel of the game well.

The level design is creative and unique. They help teach you the mechanics of the game while still challenging you. There are 26 levels to the game, which took me about 40 minutes to complete, so the game is fairly small but also pretty fun to play. All of the levels used the unique mechanic of everything doing what you do to the fullest extent, and used all of the assets that fit within the pretty shallow difficulty curve.

There are a number of creative obstacles that are used in the game: Spikes, which kill you if you touch them, big zombies, switch turn into trampolines when they die, switch spikes, which turn on and off depending if a switch is pressed, and a 2 weapons, the chainsaw and gun.

You can watch the firs 18 levels of the game being played below:
