So you have completed Mainland and the jungle island, and you're bored. Open the map, and go by the mountain island, which is the next review, and you will see an icy place.
This place has the next set of missions to complete. The first is Frosted Fjord, in case you are wondering if a fjord is like a peninsula. You will notice that it is snowing. If you are feeling a little warm, jump in the nearest river. It's safe. In a way.
Up ahead are some mobs. There are vindicators and pillagers, which you are familiar with from the Arch Illager. There are also icy creepers, which are creepers with a little icing on them. (Not frosting. Although a cake creeper does sound yummy.) Icy creepers will blow up and emit a slowness effect within their blast radius. You may also see strays. These are skeletons with clothes on. (Don't ask me why a skeleton needs clothes. Unless their bones get cold.) Strays will shoot slowness arrows at you. There are also frozen zombies, which are snowy zombies that also make you slow. I have nothing funny to say about that. You're probably lucky. You may also see wraiths, which you are also familiar with from the Arch Illager. (Why is there a fire mob in a tundra?)
As you progress through the level, you may run into polar bears and bunnies. Polar bears will attack when threatened, and bunnies are innocent. The new food type is fish. Fish that are fresh from the freezer. A little freezer burned and icy, but not bad. At the end of the level, you will fight an illusioner. If you play Minecraft Java Edition, you may be familiar with this... uh... illusion? Anyway, illusioners will duplicate themselves and it's your job to find the real one. Illusioners are good hair stylists and easily give you afros. Just kidding, they give you blindness. With blindness, you cannot damage anything. Although it does look like an afro. Illusioners will also shoot fireworks arrows, so be ready to party. Or die. Same thing, right?
Once you make it to the final level, the boss isn't too hard, but not necessarily easy.
This concludes the Creeping Winter, so it's summer now! Go get your swim gear and sunscreen. Just kidding! The next level is equally as cold. Subscribe to the site and check out our other reviews!
