Tanuki Sunset is a skateboarding game very similar to Slope, although it is different in a few ways.
One way it's different is the graphics. The graphics and the music make this game feel very different from Slope. While Slope is dark and techy, Tanuki Sunset has a lively beat and a brightly colored world.
The track is proceduraly generated, so the game never runs out of content for you to play! You can play it and download it on Itch.io, although that site may be blocked on your computer because Itch.io is a very popular video game website. If you can play there, we highly recommend it because the browser version supports controller, and the downloadable version includes leader-boards and other fun content.
The controls to this game are really simple. W is to go faster, A and D are for steering, and S is to do a 180 and skate down the hill backwards! Space is for drifting. On the controller push the left stick forward to go faster, left and right to steer, backwards to do a 180, and top right button to drift.
If you get far enough in the game, you can get missions, which will give you bonus points. These missions include getting points for doing a certain something, such as collecting 750 edge lord points, or 2000 drift points.
There are also coin-like objects that you can collect in the game. If you collect enough of these, you get anywhere from 1000 to 5000 points.
